    We have over 30 years combined, LOCAL experience in Commercial Office Carpet & Upholstery Steam Cleaning on Sydney's Northern Beaches, Lower & North Shore. WE perform all the DELUXE Commercial work ourselves because we will NOT compromise on Quality. Please see our 'References' page. Being owner/operators we have a vested interest in building a regular client base of Satisfied Commercial clients. 

    DELUXE Superior Service - together myself & Barrie will perform a 7 stage process:
    1. Pre Inspect your carpet, rugs, lounge & office chairs for spots, stains, worn areas, water damage, etc. 
    2. Vacuum with Industrial strength HEPA filter to remove 75% of DRY soil, dust mites, allergens & 90% of airborne particles whilst moving MOVEABLE furniture & picking up bins, pens, paper clips, boxes etc etc.
    3. Pre spray with HOT emulsifying (slows down resoiling) Non Toxic shampoo.
    4. Pre TREAT spots & stains, softly agitate carpet/upholstery fibres to lift in-ground soil. 
    5. Steam Clean to remove soil, spots & steam cleaning products, with a Rinse added to neutralise carpet fibres.
    6. Move MOVEABLE furniture eg Office Chairs back & forth etc
    7. Deodorise.

    BUDGET Service- EMPTY or Around ALL furniture, already thoroughly Prevacuumed BEFORE our Arrivalmyself & Barrie will perform a 5 stage process:
    1. Pre Inspect your carpet, rugs, lounge & office chairs for spots, stains, worn areas, water damage, etc. 
    2. Pre spray with an emulsifying (slows down resoiling) Non Toxic shampoo.
    3. Pre TREAT spots & stains, softly agitate carpet/upholstery fibres to lift in-ground soil.

    We can offer a BUDGET service (pre vacuumed) without cutting corners, as EMPTY premises or cleaning AROUND ALL furniture means we spend LESS time on site as we do NOT have to vacuum or move any moveable furniture back & forth, as we clean. Please pick up all bins, boxes, papers, pens etc off carpet & put chairs on tables. Please ensure that your carpet has been THOROUGHLY vacuumed, especially around the carpet edges, between partitions etc BEFORE our arrival as a thorough vacuum BEFORE steam cleaning is CRUCIAL to remove 75% of dry embedded soil in your carpet.

    Healthy & Clean
    Carpet in an office still traps bacteria! Dust mites, insects, pollen grains & other allergens, along with dirt naturally accumulate over time & are abrasive to your Commercial carpet fibres. We use our Industrial strength vacuum to remove these, then we steam clean away residues. A Healthy Indoor WORK Environment with clean, hygenic carpet & upholstery for yourself & your employees, is important.
    You will automatically receive a 10% discount when we perform a DELUXE Carpet PLUS Lounge Suite steam clean at the same time at your OFFICE.

    We will use our Truckmount where access is possible & whilst we are on site we will also use an Industrial Dryer to speed up the drying process.
