We can provide a BUDGET service without cutting corners because EMPTY premises OR cleaning around ALL furniture in a house or unit, means we spend LESS time on site. 

6 step BUDGET process - Barrie (& sometimes myself) will:

1. Pre inspect your carpet for spots, stains, worn/damaged areas.
2. Thoroughly vacuum
3. Prespray with HOT Non Toxic shampoo
4. Treat by hand your SPOTS eg grease, food
5. Steam Clean EMPTY premises or AROUND ALL furniture to remove soil, spots & steam cleaning products.
6. Deodorise

We give as accurate a quote as possible based on the information YOU give to us, eg NO specialty stains, lightly or  heavily soiled etc. 
NB: Any specialty stain (eg animal urine or red wine or coffee) that has been on your carpet for some time will need specialty stain treatment & there WILL be additional charges if you want it treated
