  • We are a professional mobile service bringing portable equipment to your premises. 
  • It is extremely DIFFICULT for us to thoroughly Steam Clean SHAG rugs ON Site : 
  • SHAG rugs hold an IMMENSE amount of soil. IF YOU insist that we clean your shag rug on       site, please be aware that we can only remove 60% of the soil. 
  • Dirt is ABRASIVE so it WILL damage your RUG if it is NOT removed! 
  • Fortnightly vacuuming is CRUCIAL to extend the life of your SHAG RUG. 
  • Regular STEAM cleaning with a neutralising agent, will leave your Shag Rug Clean & Soft.
  • Please be aware that we CANNOT GUARANTEE to remove more than 50-60% of soil in Shag rugs, IF we are bringing our equipment to your property
  • The only way to remove 90% of soil from your Shag rug is for us to take your Shag rug to RUG factory - see our 'Rug Factory' page 
  • For removal of 90% of soil Shag rugs really NEED to be bathed at the Rug Factory
