ON Site Professional RUG Cleaning Service

  • We are a professional mobile service bringing portable equipment to your premises. 
  • We perform ON Site cleans for:
  • General WOOL, SYNTHETIC - Nylon, Polypropylene, Olefin, Triexta
  • We CANNOT clean on site : Viscose, Art silk/Bamboo, Jute, Sisal rugs or URINE affected
  • Also SHAG rugs are extremely difficult to clean on site due to DEEP down soiling

Rugs we CANNOT clean on site

  1. URINE affected rugs

Any rug that has been affected with URINE really should go to the Rug factory for a FULL immersion clean and sanitise in their bath.

NB: We can only remove 65% of urine when cleaning on site, PLUS it is unlikely that urine stains will be removed when on site cleaning.


2. Viscose or Sisal or Jute rugs - Extremely susceptible to browning so they should

 only be cleaned at rug factory.

4. SHAG rugs as they hold an immense amount of soil

  • Dirt is ABRASIVE so it WILL damage your RUG if it is NOT removed! 


  • Regular vacuuming is CRUCIAL to extend the life of your RUG. 


  • Regular STEAM cleaning with a rinsing/neutralising agent, will leave your Rugs Clean & Soft.


  • We will GUARANTEE that we will TRY our best to remove your spots/stains.


We spend TIME driving TO your premises at an agreed suitable time. We then set about trying to work our magic on your rug, to give you the BEST cleaning result possible after years of traffic use, in ground dirt, spills, kids & pets use, etc.

  • Minimum call out fee from $242
  • FROM $22 per square metre if only cleaning 1 rug
  • However, if we are already on site for a deluxe carpet &/or upholstery clean, OR cleaning several rugs, then we reduce
  • We are professionals that provide a thorough MOBILE service. We spend TIME driving TO your premises at an agreed suitable time. We set about trying to give you the BEST restoration result possible. Therefore, we will charge you on the TIME & equipment etc needed to give your valuable rug the best cleaning result possible, after years of traffic use, in ground dirt, spills, kids & pets use, etc.
