Water Damage Restoration is a 'Health & Safety issue' with a risk to OUR HEALTH as well! We will Extract, Clean, Sanitise, dry out & begin to restore your carpet to pre loss condition using O, H & S guidelines.
Water Damage Restoration is a specialised skill & should be done by a professional, due to health & safety issues. We assess the best way to mitigate & remediate, as cost effective as possible by conventional water damage methods.

Minimum charge FROM $286 for first 30 minutes ON site Inspecting, assessing & discussing treatment.
Each additional 15 mins of treatment = $99 (covers 2 technicians)
Dryer/Airmover use = From $110 PER dryer per day 
Plus check on drying process PLUS collection of dryer/s fees 
After 4pm Monday - Saturdays, all day Sunday or Public Holidays - AFTER hours charges WILL apply

Our process - Inspect & Assess the Water damaged areas of your carpet & underlay.
BEFORE proceeding we discuss your options with you. 
When given the go ahead we gently move as much MOVEABLE furniture as possible.
Lift carpet, then remove & IF needed dispose of any damaged underlay
EXTRACT water using Wand, Water Claw &/or 'Flash Xtractor' from carpet Backing AND carpet fibres 
Apply an anti-microbial decontaminant to carpet backing & face fibres 
Apply browning treatment to treat any brown/tide mark & to minimise water stain
Prespray with a disinfecting shampoo then Heavy duty Steam clean & sanitise area plus around

Drying Process - Place dryer/s under carpet &/or underlay to dry out remaining moisture which takes 2-3 days, {IF dryer is left turned on the majority of the time). We will contact you by phone, or visit the property if necessary to move dryer, reassess & to check on drying process.

NB: category 3 being BLACK water damage from a storm or SEWERAGE can pose a Health threat. Total decontamination and sanitisation is required because It will leave bacteria on the carpet, underlay, flooring underneath and skirting boards.
