• We attend courses, sit for & pass exams to receive individual accreditation & continue to follow IICRC guidelines and continue to ask professional advice when needed.
• We AIM to RESTORE your furnishings to the BEST result possible, but there are MANY variables.

NB: Cotton, Linen & Viscose, Velvet Fabric can be extremely hard to RESTORE! They are very time consuming. IF cleanable??? then we would need to use a combination of cleaning methods (Encapsulation + steam cleaning) to ATTEMPT to get the BEST result possible. 

  Our THOROUGH process is to :

• Park our van in driveway or parking spot
• Unpack our van & carry in and set up all equipment needed for clean
• Soft hand brush and vacuum, including all nooks & crannies
• Lay our sheets on the floor to catch overspray (shampoo and water)
• Place sliders under the legs of couch
• If cushions are LOOSE, set up our upholstery cleaning table
• Treat spots, spills & stains
• Prespray with Non toxic specialty upholstery shampoo
• Thoroughly steam clean with special attention to spots, spills & stains
• Check spots/spills and treat and reclean over those areas again
• Position loose cushions on sheets
• Deodorise
• Set up our dryer to speed up drying
• Carry all of our equipment back to our van and pack it all away.

Specialty fabric : Linen/Cotton/Viscose/Velvet is very susceptible to browning & water stains. Theses fabrics are extremely DIFFICULT to clean & require additional time 'ON site' cleaning time: FROM $220 per seating position

NB: to Professionally steam clean a second hand couch that you have bought off someone WILL cost MORE to clean than the amount you paid for it!
